Contents of the Qur'an

In many ways, the Qur'an is not like the books written by humans. For example, it was revealed piece by piece at different times, according to various conditions, and the chapters of the Surahs were determined by the instruction of Prophet Muhammad (saw). For this reason, it does not have a sequence that will create the unity of the subject as is usual in systematic works. What topics will be included in the Qur'an is a matter of Allah's (swt) ordainment. The Qur'an was not designed according to the unpredictable desires of people. (Mu'minun, 23/71)
“We have not neglected in the Register a thing.” (An'am, 6/38) As stated in the verse, the content of the Qur'an is quite extensive. The most central themes of the Qur'an are the personality of Allah (swt), His attributes and actions, the relationship between Allah (swt) and people, Allah (swt) and universe, human history from the past to the present, and the life of the Hereafter. Since it is the book of Allah (swt), whose knowledge is infinite, it is not possible for it to contain false information. A mu'min who reads the Qur'an should not be hasty in making judgments when he encounters an issue that does not make sense to him, but should continue to research.
It is very important to understand the content of the Qur'an, which guides peoples' life both in this world and in the Hereafter. Examples such as rain, clouds, and spiders are used from time to time in the narratives of Qur'an in order to facilitate understanding. Unbelievers said, “Allah (swt) does not give examples of such things.” and criticized these explanations as meaningless and simple. After this Allah (swt) stated in Qur'an: “Indeed, Allah is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, ‘What did Allah intend by this as an example?’ He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient.”  (Baqarah, 2/26)
