Knowledge
In the Qur'an, first of all, divine knowledge, the unlimited, all-encompassing knowledge of Allah (swt) is mentioned. Intelligence is counted among the main sources of knowledge and people are encouraged to think in many verses. In addition, reflecting on the events, investigating the accuracy of the information obtained, examining the places where the past communities lived and the traces they left are among the subjects pointed out.
The Qur'an also mentions various reasons that lead people to ignorance, such as imitation, following society, ancestors, conjecture, being under the control of reason and desires.
All these determinations show that the Qur'an attaches great value to understanding, research, knowledge and producing ideas. The Last Divine Word recommends that people use these methods in their journey of understanding and making sense of life.
For example, is not the following verse, which invites us to understand creation in all its aspects, remarkable? ".Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how He began creation. Then Allah will produce the final creation. Indeed Allah, over all things, is competent." (Ankabut, 29/20)
