The Qur'an is a Universal Book

The Qur'an is a book that embraces all ages. It does not get old with the passage of time, and it always maintains its freshness and up-to-dateness. It is out of question that the truths it contains change with the passage of time and lose their value. (Kahf, 18/27; An'am, 6/115) Its content does not conflict with the scientific results attained by the human mind, on the contrary, it coincides with them. Because Prophet Muhammad (saw) was sent as a prophet to all people. (Saba’,34/28) The Qur'an is a warning for people living both in the time of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) and in later ages. (An'am, 6/19)This is an indication that the Qur'an was sent to all humanity, and therefore Islam is a universal religion. Although there are various statements about the coming of a messenger in the books before the Qur'an, there is no such news about the future in the Qur'an. On the contrary, the Qur'an reveals that Prophet Muhammad (saw) was the last prophet:  “..but He is (Muhammad (saw) )is the messenger (rasul) of Allah (swt) and last of the prophets.” (Ahzab, 33/40)
