Justice

“O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both.  So follow not [personal] inclination, lest you not be just. And if you distort [your testimony] or refuse [to give it], then indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted.” (Nisa, 4/135)
Justice is to be on the side of the right and the just and not to do injustice to anyone. Accordingly, just as it is necessary not to do injustice to others, it is also necessary not to let others be treated unfairly, no matter who they are. As stated in the verse, "not to do injustice to a person or society we do not like and not to stray from justice" is a requirement of morality. Because a moral believer always acts in moderation, the hatred he feels towards a person or a society does not lead him to go to extremes and do injustice. (Ma'idah, 5/8) Because the believer knows that Allah (swt) does not like those who go to extremes, he maintains the balance by choosing the middle way in all his affairs.
Parents should be fair to their children, employers should not be unfair to their employees, teachers should treat their students equally. Thus, everyone will approach with justice towards those they are responsible for, and this will ensure that justice is established and protected in the whole society. In a society where justice is established, injustices will disappear and a sense of trust will be established among people.
