Things that Invalidate Salah,

Failure to perform the rukn or any of its obligatory acts, invalidates the salah. Apart from this, some actions and deeds also cause the salah to be invalidated.  Talking, on purpose or not, while performing salah salah; performing actions which gives another person the impression that one are not performing salah; turning the chest to any other direction than the qibla; eating and drinking while in salah; growling unnecessarily with the throat;sighing, wailing; making sounds like ah, ugh; and laughing will cause the salah to be invalidated. Furthermore, a person who performed tayammum and sees water while performing salah; when the excuse of the excused person (Sahib al-‘udhr) ceases to exist; and when the duration for masah over leather socks expires all invalidate the salah.
