Ruh

The Qur'an is called "ruh" (spirit) in the following verse: "Thus, We have revealed a Spirit to you, (Muhammad), by Our command."(Shuraa, 42/52)A meaningful analogy is made with this term. There is no need to explain how important the soul is for a person to continue his life. Likewise, revelation is just as important for the continuation of its spiritual existence. In this sense, the Qur'an is a source of life. It supports individuals who collapse spiritually, thus revitalizes those who set their hearts on it.
