Topics Covered by the Qur'an

The Qur'an is a book that deals with various issues that will guide man in his life in this world and in the Hereafter. One of the main purposes of the Qur'an is to give people a true consciousness of Allah (swt) based on tawhid. In order to achieve this, the Qur'an extensively covers subjects related to creation, nature and living things. Again, resurrection after death is one of the most basic messages of the Qur'an.
The Qur'an gives place to basic issues related to human happiness in the world. The details of these issues are also available in the practices of Prophet Muhammad (saw). In this respect, when investigating the proof of a religious subject, not only the Qur'an but also "sunnah" is taken into account. Of course, the issue of how scholars have understood and interpreted the Qur'an and the Sunnah from the earliest times is also very important.
The Qur'an deals with issues related to different branches of science. For example, biology, astronomy, history, society, politics, human creation, human psychology are some of them. However, the purpose of the Qur'an in addressing these issues is different. While the mentioned branches of science aim to inform people about their own fields, the Qur'an includes all these subjects in order to reach a solid belief and religious life.
